With reductions in staff at newspapers, voters often rely on campaign mailings, yard signs, social media and word of mouth for their information. For many, Election Day ends up becoming a scramble for information. Armchair was born of this frustration and a desire to provide information that is critical for a robust democracy. We aim to give voters factual information in a nonpartisan way to help them make informed decisions at the polls.
